Founded in the 17th year of the Meiji era. At that time, many ships were coming and going to and from Hokkaido at Mizuhashi Port. Toyojiro Ishiguro, the first generation, decided to sell southern products to northern countries such as Hokkaido, and started handling dried sardines. This is the start of us Kaneshichi. The stick-type seasonings “Niboshi Jundashi” and “Katsuobushi Jundashi” were launched in 1985 as a pioneer of health consciousness.
