EYEVAN – A classic born anew
In 1972, under the concept of “eyewear for dressing as a fashion accessory”, EYEVAN was born as Japan’s first fashion eyewear brand. Design born from the style and tranquility of Japanese culture, precision craftsmanship lauded worldwide lies at the heart, products focusing on the fun of wearing glasses as a fashion accessory, began a journey across the sea and out to the world in 1985, under the aesthetic eye of one eyewear store in Los Angeles. Now, with experience and achievements, cultivated over more than a quarter of a century, the hands of master Japanese craftsmen put forth the latest technology, dressed in style. A classic born anew.

EYEVAN
The collection was temporarily paused, but restarted in 2018. It has evolved into a brand offering a wide range of eyewear to meet every objective and situation. The collection , with contemporary interpretation on the base of the huge archives including past designs, molds and manufacturing methods EYEVAN holds, is made up of products that are compatible with designs reflecting the times and productivity as an industrial product.
EYEVAN 7285
Eyewear that does not have technical restrictions in the manufacturing process and combines traditional manufacturing methods and new technologies with free ideas that are not caught in the past. Established the unique identity with beautiful details and highly sophisticated designs. Eyewear, created by hand work of limited artisans even in Sabae with high technique, and carefully made through about 400 processes of work, is technologically crafted to detail.

Based on the idea that a beautiful tool is a collection of beautiful parts. New screws are developed and each part is fundamentally reviewed for designing eyewear. Thus, this eyewear brand is created by an approach that has never been before. Hirotaka Nakagawa, designer, embodied the design and functionality that seems to be purely beautiful as a concept of “ Beautiful Tool” based on his aesthetic sense.
Eyevol
New category eyewear brand with EYEVAN’s universal design plus scene-less functionality. Combining the latest machine-made with manual work by Japanese craftsmen, realized durability and lightness corresponding to the active scenes.
