Toyojiro Ishiguro, the first generation, decided to sell southern products to northern countries such as Hokkaido, and started handling dried sardines. This is the start of us Kaneshichi. The stick-type seasonings “Niboshi Jundashi” and “Katsuobushi Jundashi” were launched in 1985 as a pioneer of health consciousness.
They sell traditional foods from ancient Japan, and they have been changing their shapes for over 100 years. They sell it as a pillar product.
