HARIO’s heatproof glass has been manufactured without smokestacks since 1972 thanks to unique technology that melts glass using electricity instead of oil. They provide instruction in lampworking (techniques for creating heatproof glass by hand) and workplaces that offer sustainable employment, from cities and rural areas, to areas that have been affected by disasters.
