Products DNA
The Ito Noen Farm manufactures processed citrus products at their own factory in Arita. They manufacture products that do not use chemical additives, such as orange juice, jelly, marmalade, and dried fruits, so as not to spoil the taste of the ingredients. Manufacturing methods that do not use preservatives or stabilizers require time and effort, they are particular about additive-free products and will continue to deliver the deliciousness of the raw materials.
Only fruits from Wakayama are used. They will deliver the deliciousness without mixing. They want you to enjoy the deliciousness of “Mikan” from Wakayama. With that in mind, they are making products using freshly harvested citrus fruits from Mt. Mikan without using chemical additives. All products such as jelly and marmalade, including juice from Ito Farm, are full of “pure” deliciousness created with plenty of effort and love.

About Ito Noen
Arida mandarin oranges have a long history, but now this place is a little sick. Most of the people who protect and raise the fields are in their 70s. Due to the declining birthrate and aging population and the departure from agriculture, the number of farmers who are going out of business is increasing year by year.
Agricultural land is becoming rough due to a shortage of successors, and technology is about to cease. Farmers who can no longer cultivate at Ito Farm can come to leave the mandarin orange fields. They are increasing and cultivating their own farmland year by year in order to stop the terraced fields that have continued for generations from becoming thickets, and to play a role in connecting the fields and technology to the next generation.

They will continue to manufacture products without losing the immediate profits, priority on efficiency, and the convenience of adding additives. While preserving tradition, they will continue to be a company that many companies and customers can trust, focusing on new things and things that make their customers more happy. They hope to create safe food, create a place where people can work in agriculture, create a town where everyone wants to live.
