About JAPAN CAVIAR
In 1983 the Miyazaki Prefectural Fisheries Research Institute received first sturgeons certified by the Fisheries Agency. Later on, in 2013 MIYAZAKI CAVIAR 1983 was created and served at the 42nd G7 summit in 2016. In 2017 the company started to export the caviar to Hong Kong and even received the highest award at the Japan Gift Award. The same year the company became HACCP certified and started full scale exports to the USA.
The JAPAN CAVIAR is proud of its manufacturing process which corresponds to the highest food safety requirements. The company’s IoT-based system fully tracks the caviar by lot, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This means that all their caviar is perfectly traceable. The system contains information and characteristics of every sturgeon and its caviar.
Authentically matured caviar adds colour to dining experience . Only caviar that has passed the test of time can be called “Miyazaki Caviar 1983”.
